Buenoo, ¡¡por fin publico esta entrada sobre mi formación a la llegada!! fue hace unos meses, Noviembre, pero aquí lo comparto :)))
Mi formación tuvo lugar en "UMURI" (Kegums) (ATPŪTAS KOMPLEKSS). La Agencia Nacional envía la información y el programa de la formación vía email. En mi caso mi formación fue a los 3 meses después de llegar a Letonia, del 22 al 26 de Noviembre.

Well, finally I publish this post about my arrival training!! it was long time, November, but I share it here :)))))

My training was in the guest house ''UMURI'' (Kegums) (ATPŪTAS KOMPLEKSS).The National Agency sent us information and the program about the training and we went to Umuri from 22nd to 26th November. For me was almost 3 months after my arrival in Latvia.

Voluntarios de España, Francia, Moldavia, Armenia, Eslovaquia, Portugal, Georgia y Alemania, en total 10 SVE de los cuales 5 de Rezekne :), junto con 8 tutores de Letonia y dos formadores trabajamos juntos.
El primer día empezamos a conocernos unos a otros y los voluntarios tuvimos que cumplir una misión como equipo: completar diferentes tareas en un tiempo determinado y ¡lo conseguimos!. Luego, todos presentamos nuestros proyectos (lugar, actividades, tiempo libre,...)

Volunteers from Spain, France, Moldavia, Armenia, Slovakia, Portugal, Georgia and Germany, total 10 EVS of which 5 of Rezekne :), together with 8 mentors from Latvia and two trainers worked together.

The first day we started to know each others and the volunteers had to get a mision as a team: complete diferents tasks on time and we did it!. Then, all volunteers introduced our projects (place, activities, free time,...).

Para acabar el primer día, pudimos disfrutar de una noche de cultura letona por cortesía de nuestros geniales tutores. Conocí más sobre tradiciones en Letonia, jugamos a un divertido concurso y ¡me encantó el baile popular letón!

To finish the first day we could enjoy a cultural Latvian evening by courtesy of our brilliants mentors. I knew more about Latvian traditions, we played a funny quiz with two volunteer groups (Joels and handsome, did you remember guys?) and I loved a lot the Latvian folk dance!

Los días siguientes trabajamos en qué es el voluntariado y el SVE, el papel de los participantes en el proyecto SVE, las responsabilidad del mentor y del voluntario, nuevos desafíos...Para la noche internacional los voluntarios preparamos una corta presentación sobre nuestro país: fotos, trivial, bailes,...
Una actividad muy interesante fue aprender y trabajar sobre el youthpass y las competencias.

Next days we were working in what is volunteering and EVS, the role of the participants in EVS program, roles and responsabilities of mentor and volunteer, challenges...We had a great international evening where the volunteers prepare short presentations about their country.

A really interesant activity was learn about youthpass and competences.

El último día con tutores, voluntarios y tutores trabajamos juntos, por ejemplo desarrollando el plan de actividades. Finalmente, todos hicimos una evaluación sobre los días de formación.
El último día los voluntarios hicimos tareas como equipo, los formadores nos hablaros más sobre Letonia, intercambiamos ideas e hicimos planes para el futuro como crear proyectos entre centros y viajar juntos.

The last day with mentors, volunteer and mentor worked together, for example, we developed of activities plan. Finally, all together did an evaluation of the trainin.

The last day volunteers did some tasks as a team, trainers explained  more about Latvia, we exchanged ideas and we made plans for the future about projects between centers and trip together.


Fuimos un grupo muy majo y estos días de convivencia y de aprendizaje fueron una gran experiencia para recordar :)

We were a really nice group and these days living together and learning were a great experience to remember :)
