Destaco esta entrada Libertu bērzu sulas (Liberto savia de abedul ecológica). 
He bebido la savia de abedul fresca y para mi tiene como un sabor a almendra o avellana, está muy buena.
Linard Libert ha fundado su propia empresa que comercializa savia de abedul. 
"Yo fabrico savia de abedul fresca, fermentado limonada de savia de abedul con un toque de menta, jarabe de savia de abedul dulce y sabroso, vino no espumoso de savia de abedul, vino espumoso elaborado con el método tradicional champenoise con segunda fermentación en botella, savia de abedul fuerte (vodka), savia de abedul congelada (para las industrias de cosméticos y bebidas)."


I highlight this post Libertu bērzu sulas (Liberto organic birch sap). I have drunk fresh birch sap and for my it  has flavor as almond or hazelnut, it is very tasty.
Linard Libert has founded his own company selling birch sap.
"I also produce fresh birch sap, fermented birch sap lemonade with hint pf peppermint, sweet and tasty birch sap syrup, birch sap still wine, sparkling wine made with traditional champenoise method with second fermentation in bottle, birch sap strong (vodka), frozen birch sap (for cosmetic and beverage industries)."

Ya os hablé en una entrada sobre el proyecto TU ESI LV . He tenido el placer de poder pasar un día muy interesante visitando Aizputa, Liepaja, Grobina y Saldus, ¿y eso?. El 16 de Abril fuimos un equipo de Zeimuls: Iveta y Linda -especialistas en juventud-, Arnis -líder del consejo de la juventud-, Anas -voluntario de Jordania- y yo, para visitar varios centros juveniles para intercambiar ideas y hablar de proyectos en común.

I spoke you in other post about the projet  TU ESI LV. I have had the pleasure to spend an very interesting day visiting Aizputa, Liepaja, Grobina and Saldus, ¿why?. On 16 April we went a Zeimuls team: Iveta and Linda -youth specialists-, Arnis -Leader of the Youth Council-, Anas -Volunteer from Jordania- and me, to visit some youth centers to exchange ideas and discuss about common projects.
 

La primera parada fue en La Casa de las Ideas (IDEJU MĀJA (Katoļu iela 5, Aizpute) www.idejumaja.lv)

Aquí nos recibieron Nauris -empleado en la casa-, Paula -líder de la casa- and Vilis. Visitamos la casa, nos hablaron de las actividades que realizan, intercambio de ideas,etc...

Fue realmente interesante conocer cómo poco a poco se empiezó con la idea de la casa y ahora podemos ver el resultado de que ha ido creciendo año tras año, desde el 2006 está abierta y este año van ha habilitar la segunda planta para tener más espacio y poder participar en intercambios juveniles.

The first stop was in The Idea´s House (IDEJU MĀJA (Katoļu iela 5, Aizpute) www.idejumaja.lv).

Here we were greeted by Nauris -worker in Idea´s house-, Paula -Leader of Idea´s house- y Vilis. 

We visited the house, they told us about the activities they organized, there was exchange of ideas,...

It was really interesting to see how step by step they began with the idea of the house and now we can see the result of how has been growing year by year, since 2006 it is open and in this year they are going to enabled the second floor, so they will have more space and they will can organized youth exchanges.

ESI - tagad un šeit. Tam, kas tu esi un ko tu dari, ir nozīme – tas veido tavu dzīvi.

Vamos a ser lo mismo que la voluntad de nuestro país. ¿Vamos a ser creativos? Letonia también será creativa. ¿Vamos a ser interesante? Letonia también será interesante. ¿Vamos a ser valientes? Letonia también se convierte en más valiente .

YOU - because you have to say.ARE - now and here . This is who you are and what you're doing matters - it represents your life .LATVIA - because we live here and our way of life worldwide. We will be the same as the will of our country . Let's be creative? Latvia also will be creative. Let's be interesting? Latvia also will be interesting. Let's be brave ? Latvia also wil become braver.

El proyecto Tú eres Letonia recibe ayuda financiera de Islandia, Liechtenstein y Noruega. El proyecto es fundado por el Mecnismo Financiero del EEE, el Estado de Letonia y la Diputación Provincial de Aizputes.

En el proyecto participan la ONG " NEXT" y el "Taller de Proyectos" Club Juvenil "Demócratas" y El Centro de Servicios Creativos del Este " Zeimuls ", en colaboración con otras organizaciones y las autoridades letonas. Socio informativo delproyecto SIA" Dienas mediji ". 

Project " TUESI.LV " financially supported by Iceland , Liechtenstein and Norway. Project "TUESI.LV" funded by the EEA Financial Mechanism , the Latvian state and Aizputes County Council.

The project involves the NGO "NEXT" and "Workshop Project" Youth Club "Democrats" and Creative Service Centre of Eastern Latvia "Zeimuls" in collaboration with other organizations and the Latvian authorities. Partner informativeof the project SIA "Dienas mediji".  

El proyecto tiene como objetivo promover la participación de los jóvenes en las regiones de Letonia , las empresas y conocimientos de redes . El proyecto se llevará a cabo en todas las regiones de Letonia con foros, reuniones , debates , formación y otras actividades durante las cuales los niños y jóvenes pueden involucrarse.

The project aims to promote youth participation in Latvian regions, business and networking skills. The project will take place in all regions of Latvia with forums, meetings, discussions, training, and other activities in which children and young people can get involved.

Una de los eventos tuvo lugar el 7 de Marzo en Riga. En este seminario sobre emprendedores se reunieron unos 50 participantes entre representantes de los socios del proyecto, organizaciones no gubernamentales y autoridades estatales y locales que trabajan en juventud.

One of the events took place on 7 March in Riga. In this Start up seminar involved approximately 50 participants, who represented the project partners, non-governmental organizations as well as state and local authorities, working with children and young people's issues.
